Association Structure

ADMINISTRATION OF FEERING COMMUNITY CENTRE

The Centre is owned by Feering Parish Council and is administered by Feering Community Association (FCA) on its behalf.

The President and 4 Trustees (3 Officers of FCA and 1 Parish Councillor) are appointed at the Annual General Meeting (AGM)

THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE meets 3 times a year.  It elects a Chairman and a Vice Chairman and is made up of one representative from each Affiliated Organisation with an equal number of members elected by the AGMplus 2  Junior Members, 1 Associate Member, 4 Parish Councillors, 1 School representative.

This Committee receives reports from the Management Committee, gives a voice to affiliated organisations and receives audited accounts for presentation to the AGM.

THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE  which meets monthly (except August & January) is made up of Officers plus 8 members elected by the Executive Committee, 1 Parish Councillor, 1 representative of Feering Primary School, 1 representative of Friends of Feering School.

This Committee has power to co-opt, and power to appoint sub-committees and set terms of reference. It deals with all aspects of running the Centre and receives monthly reports from the Administrator and the Treasurer.
